Each order is hand-picked & carefully packed. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size & weight for precise, fair rates.

Processing

Orders ship within 1–3 business days (a bit longer during peak times).

Delivery

Once in transit, timing is handled by the carrier—but we’re here if anything
seems off. Large orders may require Signature Upon Delivery.

Issues

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right we’re here to help.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives
damaged, defective or incorrect contact, us and we’ll work quickly to resolve
it.

Returns/Refund

We accept eligible items purchased through our store. To be
eligible for a return/refund:

must be unused and in its original condition.

·         The return
request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

·         When
approved, we’ll send return instructions.

·         Ship the
item back following the provided instructions.

·         Once the
item is received by us, we’ll refund the original purchase method.
