We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right we’re here to help. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.

Replacements

We hand pick every order and do our best to send you high-quality hardwood boards. If you received a damaged or warped item we will replace it within 30 days of delivery. Email the following to info@thehardwoodedge.com

Order number.

Product info: species, size, quantity effected.

Your shipping address.

Issue with the product.

We may ask for a photo to help us understand what went wrong.

 

Returns/Refund

We accept eligible items purchased through our store. To be eligible for a return/refund:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The following items are not eligible for return

Seconds.

Partial Sample Packs.

Partial 2-Piece Packs. 

Custom items *unless an item arrives warped or damage.

Clearance or final sale items. 

Free or complimentary items. 

 

How to Start a Return

Email info@thehardwoodedge.com with your order number and reason for return.

When approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Ship the item back following the provided instructions.

Once the item is received by us, we’ll refund the original purchase method.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method: we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
